How should I place my order?
We recommend that patients and clinicians either fax orders to (303) 786-9300, or you are welcome to place orders through our website. Of course, you are also welcome to call us at 800-537-3779 to place orders or ask questions, and any of our Essential Control staff members are ready to help you.
What method of payment should I use?
If you are placing an online order, you must use a valid credit card, and we prefer that patients pay with a credit card regardless of an order method. We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMEX. You are welcome to call or fax in your order, or you may mail a check or money order to our office. We, however, cannot ship the equipment until the check has been received by our office.
Is Essential Control Systems contracted with my insurance company?
We are only contracted with Medicare; therefore, the Patient will pay for the equipment when the order is placed. Our Insurance Specialist will send the patient a courtesy claim form to complete and file with the Insurance Provider. This process makes filing a claim more convenient for our patients.
How will my equipment be shipped?
All equipment is shipped through UPS. We recommend that patients are present to receive the shipment, or that they leave a note so that the driver will leave the package. It is the UPS driver’s discretion whether or not to leave a package on the doorstep without a signature. Our shipping prices are as follows:
